If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase for unwashed and unworn items.
Please ship the return/exchange to the address listed below. Include a note with your name, order number, and your preference for a refund or exchange. If you'd like to exchange the item, please indicate the item/color/size you'd like to exchange the product for and make sure to include a return shipping address. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using the carrier of their choice.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at companystore@foundersbrewing.com or 616-325-2846. Please have your order number handy. We may ask for a photo of the defect in lieu of returning the product. We will cover the cost of shipping to replace your defective product.
